DEPOSITS ARE PAYABLE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF CONFIRMATION OF ANY BOOKINGS AND THE BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BOOKINGS MADE IN RESPECT OF NORMAL AND LONG WEEKENDS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL WHEN THE RESERVATIONS ARE MADE A BREAKAGE/KEY DEPOSIT OF R500.00 IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. THE LATTER DEPOSIT MINUS THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OF ANY BREAKAGES AND/OR LOSS OF KEYS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE TARIFFS ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT AND ARE SUBJECT TO ALTERATION WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE

UASA members qualifies for a discount of 20%, on condition that they occupy the reserved unit personally. Proof of identity will be required. Should a member reserve additional units for family/extended family, normal rates will apply.
Cancellations are only valid if received by fax or e-mail.Refunds will be considered as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to arrival 80% refund
- 20 to 29 days prior to arrival date 50% refund
- 10 to 19 days prior to arrival date 20% refund
- Less than 9 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND
The number of guests is limited to the number of beds in the reserved unit. A guest is defined as any adult or child, regardless of age, including babies.
- The swimming pool will be used entirely on own risk
- Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including selected DSTV/TV Channels.
- Linen is included. Only 2 sets of towels are provided in each unit. Please bring extra towels, beach towels, dish cloths and toilet paper.
- Apartments are serviced daily, except on Sundays and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS when only refuse bins will be emptied. No washing-up of dishes by cleaning staff is allowed.
- ONE UNDERCOVER PARKING IS INCLUDED IN THE TARIFF
- Additional parking on Marlicht property is available at R30,00 per vehicle per night.
- The resort is fully fenced with security fencing and remote controlled gates.
